We are open from 9 AM - 6 PM Monday through Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM on Saturdays, and 1 PM to 5 PM on Sundays!
Yes, our communities are pet friendly! We have several dog parks amongst the three properties, as well as pet stations.
We offer an array of floor plans, ranging from 1 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms, as well as 1 and 2 bedroom townhomes.

Leasing and Application Process
Tours can be scheduled online via our website, or by contacting our office via phone or email!
The documents needed to submit an application and for ID verification are a Social Security card and driver's license. For income verification, the preferred method for verification is one full month's worth of paystubs from the most recent pay periods.
We require that all households collectively make 2.5x the rent.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. We require a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage. All leaseholders must be listed on the policy and the policy must include an additional interested party.
The approval process can take anywhere from 48-72 hours.
We do offer shorter lease terms, with the shortest option available being 6 months.
Yes, we do run credit and background checks! It is a soft pull on the credit and will give us an overview of credit, criminal, and rental history.
Pricing, Fees, & Deposits
Electricity would be the only utility that residents are responsible for! All residents choose their own provider and pay them directly.
Move-In, Lease Terms
We offer lease terms of 6-15 months at the Communities of Bent Tree!
On move in day, we require proof of electricity, proof of insurance, and the move in payment via cashier's check!
